Total work load, including course work and field education, is 42 hours per week. This is made up as follows:
15 hours of course work class time--5 courses each of which is a three credit hour course.
22 hours of private study for the course work--approximately one and a half hours for each hour of classtime.
7 hours in field education, including learning contracts.
During the third year internship, when there is no course work, students are expected to devote at least the same amount of weekly time to seminars, workshops, self-directed study, and practical assignments as they would in any other term.
