The new programmes are; Postgraduate Diploma in Education Secondary Option/Early Childhood  Development Education, Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Development Education, Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT), Bachelor of Information Communication Technology, Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Bachelor of Leadership and Management, Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Community Development. The additions make Scott Christian University undergraduate degree programmes ten in number and graduate programmes six.

SCU will continue to develop more programmes to meet the market need as its eyes are set high to be  a dynamic centre of excellence in teaching, learning, research and holistic service to society for the glory of God.  Student enrolment is expected to rise following these new developments and concerted marketing efforts.

SCU will now use the newly refurbished Scott Conference and Retreat Centre as a university enterprise and also a learning centre for its Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Scott Christian University is becoming a leading Educational voice in Kenya and East Africa through Building Leadership, Challenging Minds and Growing Faith.
